Lanny Byers — Founder and President

Lanny has over 20 years of experience in all phases of the bankcard industry, including card program management, sales and marketing, operations,  product development and co-brand contract negotiation. His experience encompasses credit, co-branded, affinity, debit, prepaid, stored value and chip card products. Lanny helped launch two national credit card programs: the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) Visa portfolio and the Sunoco MasterCard portfolio.

Most recently, Lanny was Global Practice Leader/Senior Vice President and General Manager of MasterCard Global Rewards Services & Loyalty Consulting, which delivered improved program performance and greater profitability for clients around the world.

Lanny graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

Larry McCoy — Chief Operations Officer

Larry McCoy has over 19 years experience in the payments industry in finance,  operations, and business development.

Most recently, Larry was Vice President and head of operations for the Global Rewards group at MasterCard. He oversaw customer service, call center operations, and fulfillment of merchandise, travel and certificate rewards for more than five million customer accounts. Under Larry’s guidance, the Rewards group expanded its capabilities into Latin America and Europe while increasing revenue over 50 percent.

Larry received his M.B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago and his B.S. from the University of Illinois.

Patrick Fox — Chief Marketing Officer

Pat comes to Guerdon from Universal Savings Bank (USB) where he was the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Partnership Management. He generated more than 100,000 credit card accounts and over $700 million in high-quality receivables.

Prior to his tenure at USB, Pat was Executive Vice President of Business Development for Metris Companies and President of Direct Merchants Bank, a Metris subsidiary. Under his leadership, new credit card partner programs grew from one percent to 20 percent of annual growth in receivables.

Pat received his BBA from Western Michigan University and his MBA from University of Detroit Mercy.
